Who can use MindBloom

Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian. A child uses the app through a profile created by that parent, with an invite code.

A parent must give consent, and every child is asked for their own age-appropriate agreement before they can use their space.

What MindBloom is not

It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or an emergency service. The in-app companion is software, not a clinician.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline such as Tele-MANAS (14416).

Safety limits on privacy

A child's entries stay private from their parent, with one exception: if a check-in matches a reviewed risk phrase, the parent is alerted and the child is shown crisis resources. Both the parent and the child are told this up front.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to access another family's data.

Ending your account

A parent can remove a child profile, or request full erasure of the family's data, at any time from the dashboard. Erasure runs after a 7-day cooling-off period and can be cancelled before it completes.

A child can withdraw their agreement at any time; the app then stops collecting from them.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we ask for consent again before continuing to collect data.
